To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tsatsral LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

Any reliance you place on the information or materials provided through the Services is strictly at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Tsatsral LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the total amount you paid to us through the Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe that you have:

Violated these Terms;
Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or
Created risk or potential legal exposure for Tsatsral or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including, but not limited to, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.

16. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tsatsral LLC with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
